Terms and Conditions for Independent Contractors at 1 Ace Realty Qld

1. Introduction These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between 1 Ace Realty Qld (“the Company”) and the Independent Contractor (“the Contractor”) who wishes to provide real estate or brokerage services under the Company’s brand.

2. Independent Contractor Status The Contractor is an independent business owner and is not an employee, agent, joint venturer, or partner of the Company for any purpose. The Contractor shall have full control over working time, methods, and decision making in relation to provision of services, subject to the needs of the Company.

3. Services The Contractor agrees to perform real estate services or brokerage services , including but not limited to, property listing, marketing, negotiation, and transaction facilitation, in accordance with professional standards and the Company’s policies.

4. Compensation The Contractor will be compensated as agreed upon in a separate written agreement, based on a commission structure or other performance metrics as determined by the Company.

5. Use of Company Resources The Contractor may be provided access to the Company’s technology platforms, marketing materials, and other resources, which must be used in accordance with the Company’s guidelines and solely for the purpose of conducting business related to the Company.

6. Confidentiality The Contractor must maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information, trade secrets, client lists, and other data provided by the Company or acquired during the term of their contract.

7. Compliance with Laws The Contractor is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to licensing, data protection, and anti-discrimination.

8. Term and Termination The relationship between the Contractor and the Company is at-will and may be terminated by either party with appropriate notice, as defined in a separate agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions will be resolved through arbitration or in accordance with the Company’s dispute resolution policy.

10. Acknowledgment By ticking this box, the Contractor acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions, that they holds an A.B.N or A.C.N, that they hold a current licence and that they hold a qualification from a recognised institution in their field of work.
